This traditional cheese bread recipe that I share with you is a recipe from the Rio Grande do Sul Cheese Bread Factory with slight changes to make it easier to prepare at home. This is a cheese bread with sweet and sour sprinkles that is very tasty and practically does not wilt. Check out how to make homemade cheese bread with this easy recipe.
Ingredients for making bakery cheese bread:
8 beaten eggs
500 grams of sour powder
1 kilogram of sweet powder
200 grams of butter
400 milliliters of milk
400 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon of salt
How to make Bakery Cheese Bread:
Heat a pan of water and butter and leave until butter is completely melted.
Mix the sprinkles in a bowl and add the buttered water. Stir until combined and add the remaining ingredients: eggs, milk and salt. Mix until dough is smooth.
Place for 40 minutes in refrigerator. Then make the cheese bread balls and place on a greased oven tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a high oven (200ºC) for about 20 minutes.
